Mary Peet, a life-long business woman, entrepreneur, coin laundry industry pioneer as well as a well-loved Mother, Grandmother, & Great Grandma passed away May 16, 2014 at home from heart related complications. She touched the lives of many laundry owners in the Southern California area through her laundry distribution company, Sudsy Vending Supplies.

Mary was a real treat to be around and her honesty and integrity not only stretched from her business career to her true character- she would do anything she could to help out another.

From her small one car garage in the late 50’s, Mary faithfully distributed Southern California boxes of soap in the family station wagon, later added more products and evolved into a National Distributor. Through her near 60 years in the industry, Mary was always known for her tireless support of the common laundry owner, as well as her honest business dealings in the LA area and had always enjoyed chatting with her customers! Every step of the way, she had focused on creating a “family” environment, and over 50 years, had made even more friends along the way.

At 84 years old, she was still involved in Sudsy's day-to-day operations and her honesty & integrity could only be outmatched by love shown for her customers.

Mary will be dearly missed and loved by many.
